This is a 1:1 space where we gently explore what you’re currently moving through with a blend of intuitive guidance, coaching, and supportive tools. Each session begins with exploring what feels most present for you, followed by intuitive guidance and reflection, before closing with grounding insights and practical next steps for integration. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to a session. You can arrive exactly as you are, whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, in transition, or simply called to understand yourself more deeply. Together, we create a space where clarity can unfold naturally. The session is conversational, reflective, and paced gently, allowing space for both emotional depth and grounded integration.
